What happens if I need help with my SOS Toolkit?

Our SOS Toolkits are designed as simple, do-it-yourself resources so you can work at your own pace. However, you’re never alone, we offer an email helpline for any questions or clarifications you might have. Just reach out, and we’ll be happy to guide you so you can keep moving forward with confidence.

How do I book a programme?

We recommend a quick 15-minute chat before you purchase any of our programs. This allows us to discuss your current needs and goals and ensure you choose the option best suited to you. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps and explain the process in detail. Please note that full payment is required before your program begins.

Can I book a consultation to discuss my general health?

Single one-to-one consultations are available to discuss general health concerns and can be booked through Services → Consultations on the menu. We offer three types of services: a general consultation, a blood test review consultation and food intolerance consultations.

What is the difference between your blood test reviews and a GP’s consultation?

GPs typically focus on results that require medical treatment. Even when they provide guidance on minor variances, it’s often accompanied by a recommendation to see a nutritionist. Our approach is different: we review every single result in detail and work with you to achieve optimal balance for the long term. Rather than just addressing what’s urgent, we help you understand your full health picture and create a plan for lasting improvement.

What is food intolerance test?

Discover if food and drink intolerances are affecting your health. Our comprehensive test checks for reactions to 200 ingredients, helping you remove triggers and support your gut, home to 70% of your immune system. What are the group sessions and which one do I join?

Our group sessions are led by our Head Nutritional Therapist and tailored for those using GLP-1 medications. Each session focuses on a specific stage of your journey. New Starter – For anyone considering GLP-1 therapy and looking to understand the process before beginning. On Treatment – For individuals currently taking Mounjaro or Wegovy who want practical guidance on managing treatment effectively. Post Treatment – For those who have stopped medication, are experiencing rapid weight regain, and need a strategy to maintain results. Each session lasts one hour, and you’ll have the option to join a WhatsApp group to continue the conversation with others on the same path.

Are all your services about diets?

We specialise in diet planning, particularly GLP-1 diets, but also provide general health consultations. We believe nutrition and psychology are deeply connected, working on both delivers the best results. Science is at the core of our approach, which is why we offer blood test reviews, food intolerance testing, and functional health assessments to establish a clear starting point for your journey.
